The Design:

• The Frame: Milled from solid American Walnut and hand-oiled. The pane is optical-grade acrylic featuring your photo and the visual soundwave of your audio.

• The Key: Includes a separate, credit-card-sized Metal QR Card. Keep this card in your wallet or display it next to the frame. Scanning the card plays your full video or audio instantly.

Visualizing the Sound (Important):

The laser-engraved wave pattern on the frame represents a specific 3–5 second highlight of your audio (like the phrase "I Do," “I Love You”, or a baby’s laugh). It creates a sharp, iconic visual representation of the sound.

How It Works:

1. Display: Place the Walnut Frame on your shelf. It is a standalone piece of art.

2. Unlock: When you want to relive the memory, scan the companion Metal QR Card.

3. Play: Your full video/audio plays instantly on your phone.

How to Send Your Media:

Look for an email immediately after checkout!

We will send you a confirmation email with a link/instructions to upload your video or audio file directly to us.

File Guidelines (Please Read):

• The Video: We can link to full-length videos, but we recommend clips under 5-10 minutes for the best viewing experience. (Please do not send raw 2-hour wedding footage; we recommend a "Highlight Reel").

• The Soundwave: When you submit your file, you will pick a "Timestamp" (e.g., 0:45 to 0:50). We will generate the laser engraving from that specific 5-second phrase so the wave looks distinct and sharp.

This product is made from solid American Walnut. Wood is a natural material, meaning no two pieces are identical. Your frame will feature its own unique grain pattern and color tone (ranging from light honey to dark chocolate). These variations are not defects; they are the mark of authentic craftsmanship.

2. The "5-Second" Design Rule:

To ensure your laser engraving looks sharp and distinct, we generate the visual soundwave from a specific 3–5 second highlight of your audio (e.g., the phrase "I Do," “I Love You”, or a baby’s laugh). The QR code will still play your full video/song, but the visual art represents the "core" moment.

3. Privacy & Hosting:

Your video is hosted on a private, unlisted link accessible only via your unique QR code. We do not share client media publicly.

4. Returns:

Because this item is custom-fabricated with your personal photo and audio, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

5. Digital Longevity & Backups:

We intend to host your digital redirection link indefinitely. However, we cannot guarantee the permanent availability of third-party platforms (such as YouTube or web hosting) over the lifetime of the product. We strongly recommend you keep a personal backup of your original video file. In the unlikely event that digital services change or discontinue, Vector Brothers is not liable for the digital link's functionality, though the physical frame will remain a permanent keepsake.
